I'm often surprised by the number of people that tell me that they have considered recruiting as a profession.  They're good with people, they are great on the phone and they see the rewards when a placement is successfully consummated. 

Successful recruiting also requires organization, diligence and hard work.  You must be smart, know your industry and learn how to uncover the precise details that will determine if a particular candidate is a good fit for your client's unique position and culture.  Devise a comprehensive system for managing information and execute a massive action plan.  The best recruiters understand the relative significance of these dynamics.

Technology is changing the face of recruiting.  In our industry reporting daily to an office is no longer necessary however nothing can ever replace the results achieved from working hard and working smart and successful recruiting requires both.
 

NorthStar Resources Group is looking for a strong candidate that has the following experience:

- Recruiting and sales experience preferred

- Strong technology background in Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, Virtualization, Storage, Software, Security, Mobility, Engineering, VoIP, Managed Services, etc
 
- Must be comfortable and present well on the phone

- Minimum of 4 hours of diligent work activity per day (M - F).  Work from home, this is a virtual position (must reside in the US)

- A strong network (such as linked in) is highly preferred

- Average commission is between $6,000 and $10,000 per deal (some exceed this depending on position level) 

- Technology Recruiting is HOT once again so step into the game and start hitting the long ball again
