System Integration Test Engineer - Chicago
We are currently recruiting a dynamic individual to join our team as a System Test Integration Engineer. This position is an integral part within our System Test Group for para-functional testing, including Integration, System, Performance, and Capacity testing for a trading platform. The candidate must be driven to excellence with the ability to think creatively and to work independently. Further the candidate should be able to perform release builds into the test environment. Responsibilities to include:

| Sr. IP Engineer - New York / New Jersey
Responsible for design of customer implementations associated with VoIP technology as they relate to both Network Services and Enterprise Solutions. These designs and technical implementation plans must meet customer needs as well as meet both service development and product development objectives. Designs must also be cost-effective, be timely, meet corporate objectives, and be fully documented. Additionally, this position must place special attention to creating and/or following standards and procedures to ensure that implementations are produced in an efficient manner; are repeatable and can be implemented with the highest quality. Tier 3 TAC support for Operations, including scheduled on-call time, is a requirement.
Position Specifications with Expected Results
1. Meet with clients during the sales process to review designs and operation of high level design and work with Solutions Engineering on any changes that require re-pricing.
2. Produce customized implementation and test procedures that meet clients’ internal needs as they relate to IP networking.
3. Produce high quality detailed customer designs and documentation that meet Enterprise VoIP networking infrastructure design strategy.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide pre-sales engineering support of voice systems for strategic and non strategic accounts in concert with other account team members. This will involve personal contribution as well as the coordination of activities of other company resources.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
• Attend pre-sales client meetings and presentations with account executive/s for 1 to 2 strategic accounts and non strategic accounts. Strategic accounts will be global in nature and will typically represent the most significant revenue opportunities in the company.
• Assist in the creation of strategies designed to optimize revenue and profitability from each account.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key technical contacts at each account.
• Create customer solutions utilizing in-house and third party products such as Voice Recording, PBX, and Computer Applications. These solutions will often include IP Network designs and consultative sessions.
• Maintain a working knowledge of vendor products and technologies in the turret, IP Networking, PBX, Hoot and Holler, and related voice services marketplace, including voice mail and ACDs.
