    Program Guidelines
 - referral must be a new relationship. 
 - one referral fee is provided per candidate and is awarded to the person that Directly Referred them to us. 
 - referral fees are either flat fees or based on the value of the placement.   
 - fees are awarded after candidate has completed the assigned guarantee period and pursuant to remittance from client.
